Brezza Relax is a generous, padded armchair that rests gently on the ground and invites you to sit for a moment of conviviality or relaxation. Formally, it expresses its identity by drawing from the archetypal shape of two large, plump cushions that, when placed together, form the seat and backrest. The individual armchairs can be placed side by side and connected to form a potentially infinite sofa.
The project focused on simplifying the fabric cuts and creating a product that, like the rest of the collection, is easily removable and seamlessly combines the metal frame with the padding. Designed for outdoor spaces, it is also offered with an exclusive striped fabric, created specifically for S•cab, for which I had the opportunity to design the color palette.
The frame beneath the seat rises slightly from the ground, creating a few centimeters of distance. This allows the product to maintain a clean and minimalist look. Brezza Relax thus represents a significant step forward for the classic outdoor seating that rests directly on the ground, shifting this type of product towards a more precious and elegant aesthetic.
